Assoc. Prof. Tuna Pehlivanoğlu, MD

He completed high school education at Istanbul Boys’ High School and graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine in English as highest-performing student. He completed his residency in Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, and received spine surgery training in world-renowned centers such as Cleveland Clinic, USA and Schön Clinic, Munich, Germany. Until the end of 2019, he worked at University of Health Sciences, Istanbul Training and Research Hospital. He was entitled to receive the spine surgery diploma of the European Society of Spine Surgery (EUROSPINE).

Assoc. Prof. Tuna PEHLİVANOĞLU has extensive experience in scoliosis surgery, all other spinal deformities, prosthetic surgery, arthroscopy surgery, trauma surgery, foot and ankle surgery.

I am a Bulgarian engineer. I had a spine tumor, and I operated by Tuna Pehlivanoğlu, two years ago.  I’m now 50 and I’m finally living a cancer-free life for the last 2 years.
